Hey Hey! Time for another update!
In January Emma & I went to Idaho for a week. Emma looooved the snow!...and I loved just being with my family. My Grandma is one of my favorite people! She always has such good stories to share and she makes me feel so loved!
Sledding and playing in the snow! Emma loved being able to play outside in the snow. In Iowa it was always too cold to actually enjoy being outside in the winter.
For Valentine's Day I made Ben a candybar poster...cheesy I know! Since we WERE still students it was a fun and very inexpensive way (I even got the posterboard for free!) to tell him how much I love him!
Here's a close up
BEN GRADUATED! Ben and I both went back to Davenport Iowa to celebrate this awesome achievement! Ben is officially Dr. Benjamin N. McKee DC

Here we are at the Banquet dinner with our friends the Turners. I was so excited to see these guys!
Ben recieved a rehab intern award! And he graduated Cum Laude. I like that it is written on his diploma. :)
Sometimes we felt that graduation would never come! But it actually did. It was something that we were anticipating for so long that when it finally arrived it was a bit surreal. I am sooo glad that I was able to go back to Davenport for graduation, too. Ben thinks (and I must agree) that going to chiropractic school really was a team effort. Those students are put through so much during those 3+ years...its like a 5 year program squished into 3. Don't know why they do that. Anyway, its amazing how much Ben knows and how much good he can do through the skills he has learned.
Life is good. So many blessings have been coming our way!

Wow! That is an amazing accomplishment! I remember when Jon graduated from dental school and it really is a team effort. You will remember those years fondly and the friendships you made. It's a life changing experience! Congrats Dr Ben!!!!!
